Leh

Leh is the joint capital and largest town of the union territory of Ladakh. The city is at an altitude of 3,524 meters, while the landscape is dominated by mountains. In 2020, Leh was added under the smart cities list by the Ministry of Housing & Urban Affairs.

Leh will mainly cooperate with the Greek cities of Trikala-Farkadona-Meteora on the topic of solid waste management awareness.
