Gwalior is a city in the central Indian state of Madhya Pradesh and one of the counter-magnet cities of Delhi. Gwalior was selected by the Government of India under the Smart City Mission. Gwalior’s ‘Digital Museum’, an initiative to restore heritage, received the Smart City Awards for ‘Culture’ in 2021.

Gwalior will mainly cooperate with the city of Leuven in Belgium on innovation issues.
