Ban Nam Kieng Din is a trailblazer in food waste management in Bangkok. Since its establishment in 2000, the restaurant has been making continued efforts to better manage its waste and energy and has received countless visits from government officials, researchers and other restaurants and businesses interested in circular food waste management from all over the world.
