Almería has extensive experience in water efficiency. The city is looking to learn best practices on circular economy, nature-based solutions, and environmental sustainability.

Set up in 2008, the Intermunicipal Community of Alto Minho is an association of 10 Municipalities which aims to make of Alto Minho a territory of environmental excellence with the capacity to develop innovative ways of using resources, tourism activities, renewable energy, attract investment and provide quality service delivery.
CIM Alto Minho will cooperate with the city of Jamshedpur in India on Solid Waste Management and the best practices for segregation

Anci Lazio is the Association of municipalities of Lazio region, involving both the City Council of Velletri and the City of Rome. Velletri is situated in the most densely populated part of Rome’s metropolitan area. Rome is the city with the largest urban agriculture area in Europe.
Anci Lazio is interested in working on urban poverty alleviation and social inclusion of migrants and refugees, as well as in developing sustainable agriculture and building a Food Policy.

Overlooking the Adriatic Sea, Ancona is one of the most important ports in Italy. Its economy is based on port and fishing activities, industry, trade, and services. The city was finalist for Italy’s Capital of Culture 2022, highlighting its goal of boosting culture and tourism as economic engines for development.
Ancona is particularly interested in promoting tourism through positioning and branding strategies. The city seeks to promote urban renewal with projects linked to port and city integration and neighbourhood’s rehabilitation.

Located 150 km from Jakarta, Bandung attracts many visitors from the capital Jakarta and surrounding areas. It is an innovative hub for creativity and entrepreneurship as well as the first Indonesian city that signed the Milan Urban Food Policy Pact (MUFPP) in 2020.
Bandung will pair with Rome of Italy to focus on smart city development. It will share the experience on tourism and culture, urban agriculture and renovation wave.
